Role Name: Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Need to calculate the sizes and material required for a task to be done
- Should manage the people at the work location
- Must have knowledge on forecasting upcoming production plan and act accordingly
Tasks & Activities:
- Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process, setting process variables & observing control points
- Monitor personnel & resources
- Facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points
- Complete production plan by scheduling & assigning personnel, accomplishing work, establishing priorities
- Maintains quality service by establishing & enforcing organization standards
- Maintains safe and clean environment by educating & directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment and resources
- Should be good at interpretation of the drawings
- Must have intermediate level of knowledge on measurement systems and their conversion
- Should be good at MS office and excel
- To ensure minimum material is available at the production end for smooth flow of work
- Should use the material to the minimal for completing the job on time without any error/s
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Experience Required: 1-2 years of Experience
